It is built up to current California building code with the same quality of materials and craftsmanship we use in high end homes, with three options for siding, energy efficient and code compliant insulation, smooth wall finish, wood floors, LED lighting, USB/C outlets, etc.
A Backyard Office provides a beautiful and comfortable setting for you to conduct your business. A place to have a nice desk, good lighting, office equipment, bookcases and even a couch or a conference room table and a TV. Yearly savings in drive time, gas, toll booth fees, etc. can add upwards of $6,000. The backyard office will pay itself in just a few years, plus it is tax deductible.
The Backyard Office can also be customized to be used as a gym, yoga or music studio, art room, pool house, kids playroom, or anything else you can think of.
We don’t sell a prefab or manufactured structure, you wont need to wait weeks or months for your office to arrive, you will not need to pay for a crane or pay a significant downpayment and wait, for a while! We build them on-site, customized and up to code, in about two weeks. If your office customization needs any permits we take care of them. During the consultation meeting we will see if your custom office needs permits and will talk about options, like exterior siding, paint colors, floor material, light fixtures, Alexa interface, Sonos speakers, etc.
